Q: How do I register to attend?
A: Visit the Register page and select one of four options: Business, Professional, Individual, or Student. Registration is done using our external Eventbrite partnership, and once complete your registration will appear on our Attendees page shortly.

Q. How can I become a sponsor?
A: We’re so glad you asked! Visit our Sponsors enrollment page on Eventbrite to learn about the various options available. And if you have any questions, you can contact us directly.

Q. How do I get a refund?
A: Due to the ridiculously low price of a ticket to OpenCamp, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.  You can however transfer your ticket to someone else if you contact us within 10 days of the event.

Q: How do I become a speaker?
A: We are accepting speaker proposals for all OpenCamp sessions through June 30th, 2010. If you wish to be considered, please fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you.

Q. How do I upgrade my ticket?
A: If you would like to upgrade your ticket after you have purchased it, simply register again at the upgraded level, then contact us and we’ll issue you a refund for the original ticket.

Q. Why doesn’t my name show up on the Attendees Page right after I register?
A: It can take up to 24 hours for the OpenCamp site to receive attendee updates from the Eventbrite site.

Q: Where do I book a hotel room?
A: We have a great venue with the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison, TX. Details on the hotel and the discount rate can be found on the Location page. We hope you’ll come and stay the weekend with us!

Q: How do I get to OpenCamp?
A: Whether you are driving, walking, or biking, this Google Map can easily direct you to the Crowne Plaza. And if you’re flying into town, you’re lucky: Dallas is blessed with two major airports you can fly into! Both Love Field and DFW International Airport are within quick driving distance.

Q: I’ve submitted a speaker proposal. Should I still buy a ticket to OpenCamp?
If you’re chosen as a speaker, we’ll refund your admission price at that time so you can attend free of charge, BUT, since we won’t have an answer for you before June 30th, don’t wait to get registered and get your name on the Attendees page!
